OK i know the v shaped mark is found on many painkillers. (the one that looks like the square root sign). Anyway my question...Is it a manufacturer company symbol, if so which one. If not, then what does it mean?

correct, The generic manufacturer is Qualitest Pharmacueticals, they mae may hydrocodone, oxycodone, propxyphene, and muscle relaxant products to my knowledge, the all have the check mark logog that is often mistaken as a "v" Everyone I know who is prescribe3d a ersion of a qualitest pill swears they have some form of brand name Vicodin, I just laugh.
