Another one solved!
Round orange tablet imprinted FR2 is "HPC" Head, Pain, and Cramp. "HPC" contains:
- Aspirin 162 mg
- Salicylamide 152 mg
- Caffeine 32.4 mg
- Acetaminophen 110 mg
The pill is approximately 7/16 inch in diameter (11 mm).
The information is from Dale, a manager at Ultra Tab Laboratories. I really have to commend his excellent customer service for helping me with this imprint.
Ultra Tab is a manufacturer of OTC (over-the-counter) medications

This imprint definitely exists, but I don't know what it is.
I've kept a list of unanswered posts made on other boards, and this imprint is on the list several times. It's always described as round orange or peach pill with FR2 on one side. Size is uncertain - one post said 'rather large pill', one said 'really small pill', and other posts don't mention the size!
One post said scored on the other side, but most posts
mention the other side is plain. Apparently a red round pill
marked FR4 also exists, although I haven't seen as many posts about it.
Since I've seen this imprint so often and no databases have any info, I assume it's some OTC product made by a very small manufacturer. First thing that comes to mind is pseudoephedrine, but that's only a wild guess based on the 'really small' size. Or maybe ibuprofen is a possibility.
I don't think it's an RX med because those are usually well documented except when very new. Enough time has elapsed since I first saw this imprint - if it is RX, it would be in the databases by now.
Maybe the Pharmer.org admin will add this to the Most Wanted Imprints list??
