Round white pill.. scored on one side, and 291 on the other??

Please help. I'm finding these with 44291, but this pill only has 291 on one side, and scored on the other.  Anyone recognize it?

291 Tablet

Round white tablet imprinted 291 is 10 mg baclofen, a muscle relaxant.
