I'm trying to find out what this tiny round white pill is (diameter a little over half centimeter) It has a C on one side and is blank on the other. I've searched everywhere online. Anybody know?

Seriously though, I think I've got my job cut out for me. I haven't found it in my resource for American OTC and prescriptions. That leaves Herbal suppliments and vitamins. Much harder to Id. But I'll keep trying. (By the way, did I forget to mention candy?)

White Pill with C Imprint
This is going to be another very difficult ID since there isn't much to go on. Like Rawoody said, the pill could be a mint or some type of candy.
My first thought was Codeisan (Spanish codeine), but the C looks different and Codeisan is scored - if I can believe the images on the internet!
If it is codeine, it doesn't have any other additives since the pill is so small. Your half centimeter measurement makes the tablet smaller than Claritin, and that's pretty tiny.
Your photo is permanently in the gallery, so hopefully someone will recognize that particular C on your tablet and be able to identify it for you.

You may be on to something. I googled "Codeisan" under images and the couple that came up look very similar. The pictures are not that good so it was hard to tell, but the "C" on those pills is just about the same as mine. Thanks for the tip.

I'm not sure if this picture is really Codeisan although some poster some time somewhere said it is!
But if it is really Codeisan, the pill is scored. Yours is not scored per your description.
And
your 'C' imprint looks more rounded to me. Sorry, I don't know
who the photographer is but it's the best picture I can find.

The pill is a India
The pill is a India manufactured 15MG codeine pill. It is not scored like the Spanish version is. I know this for a FACT ;-)

I have the same pill as Hollow1
It came from India. It's tiny, real tiny. And it's definitely real codeine. The reason I need to know about this pill (15mg codeine) is if there is not any paracetomal in it I want to take a higher dosage than my regular 30mg. If it does have the regular 500mg paracetomal taking just one more (45mg codeine) would be a paracetomal overdose and possible liver failure. I would much rather be taking several at a time than 2 at a time. I will post any more info if I have it.

It comes in small silver common India strips with red writing. The brand name is Zydus Alidac. I will post more info and pics when or if I have them.
