Hey Y'all,
I'm new to this site, but what a great site it is! I went to an online pharmacy to purchase some oxycodone. This pharmacy sent me what is supposed to be oxycodone in the mail. I get the pills and they are unlike any other pill that I have seen. The pills are round, blue, and they have NO imprint other than a score on one side of the pill. The other side of this is nickel sized blue pill is completely smooth and almost shiny.
I was concerned about trying this pill, but the site seemed reputable and was recommended by another online pharmacy. So i popped one to see what it did.
Being that I was concerned as to what was in the pill, I conducted a drug test on my urine before taking the pill. I tested negative on the 6 panel for opiates. Keep in mind that oxycodone WILL NOT show up on a drug test as a positive for opiates; the opiate drug test only detects codeine and morphine (many things break down to codeine and morphine, but NOT oxycodone).
If the pills that I received were in fact oxycodone, than after taking the pill I should have still tested negative for for opiates as oxy doesn't show up on the standard opiate test. Two hours after taking the pill, I drug tested myself and tested POSITIVE for opiates; If this was truly an oxycodone there would be no way that I would have tested positive for opiates. SO, in conclusion, the pill IS an opiate, but NOT oxycodone.
So, has anybody else run into any turkish pills? Again, the ones I have are nickel sized, blue, a score on one side and absolutely NO markings whatsoever. There are also little black speckles in the pill. I wish I could upload an image. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

cannot oxycodone test positive on many opiate screens? But nevertheless, the pill could be anything.

and meperidine?
I could be wrong, but cannot meperidine also show positive on some 5 panel type opiate screens in spite of being a whole different chemical class? Also, some anti-biotics (such as Cipro), and maybe dextromethorphan (which also may show as PCP)?

Sorry about the reference to online pharmacies; I should have read the rules before posting. I was just so frustrated with the money I wasted.
But anyways, to clarify on the drug test. The test I took is a 6 panel test that tests for the presence of opiates that break down into morphine. There is a separate test that I took to test for the presence of strictly oxycodone. For whatever reason, oxycodone requires a separate test b/c the six panel only picks up codeine, morphine, dilaudid, and heroin. All of those drugs break down to morphine in the body. Oxycodone does not do this, it breaks down into something else.
Long story short, my urine was negative for oxycodone, + for morphine. Lesson learned, DONT waste money if you're not sure.
The pills are round, about the size of a nickel. There is NO imprint other than a score on one side. It is a somewhat thick pill, and tasted sweet - weird. If anybody knows anything, please let me know.

Hi, I got the same round pills today. Have you found out what they are? When you took the pills, were you ok? What kind of an effect did they have on you? Did they feel like other pain meds? I am afraid to take them cause i cannot find out where or what they are?? thanks!!!

- If at all possible could you upload an image, regardless of what medium you use, (camera, camera phone, scanner *best*) take a pic of two of them close up, one with one side, and one with another. This way the amazing pill hunters this site has can track it down, include country of origin (where pills came from) are you positive they are turkish?
Also, what effects, if any, did you recieve while taking the pills, did you recieve pain relief or are you simply buying them in order to use. If you bought them to use, did you recieve the usual feeling for these types of analgesics, were your reactions the same basically for those opioids. how long did it last etc. if for pain relief did you get relief, and if so how much and how long, also were there any side effects so that if anyone else such as lenyc333 gets them we can warn of potential/harmful side effects.
also, why use online pharmacies, do you not have insurance or do you not have an Rx. Was money the main motivation. I am not trying to classify you as a druggie, just trying to get the most info for these wierd pills so we can possibly put a disclaimer up for people. I couldn't care less if you use or actually need them, i am not the type to judge, i'm the type to help.

I received the same Turkish Opiate
I received it 3 days ago. Round, blue, scored one side, sweet tasting with little black specs on the inside. No other markings to speak of. I will try and upload a picture of it.

They did relieve my joint
They did relieve my joint pain from Lupus. I only took half the pill as I am used to taking my 5mg Oxy and these are supposed to be 10mg. I am not certain that they are the pure Oxy as advertised on the site, however, they did relieve my pain and I did not have the nausea as I do with my regular 5mg Oxy. Otherwise, I had no ill effects from the medication.

I got the same pills yesterday
My first thought about these pills where "Homemade". So I did a taste test and took a bite off of one. At first it is sweet then turning into a almost positive Tylenol taste. Then if you smack you lips together you can taste a slight bitterness. What bothered me was the absolute presence of regular blue food coloring through-out the pill. I did not feel any effects (as I just took a small taste). I had to drive 150 miles that night so I haven't "tried" them yet. However I can almost bet on the ingredients: 1. Tylenol (unknown amount around 400 mg), Blue food coloring, and last but not least raw opium put though one or two concentration processes (the little black specks). Any way if you have no tolerance to meds you might feel something............I will put this to the test and let you know Monday night. Pray for me!!

The turkish pills are fake
Ok people I withdraw the fake comment. They are not fake. They are not Oxycodone but rather Thebaine I had one of them looked at by my friend at the cop shop. He tested it. They do have tylenol in them to. However He could not tell me how much. Thebaine is what they make Oxy out of. It will help your pain but DO NOT take them in high doses as it will cause convolutions. Mine went down the toilet.

got the same ones..but different effects...
Approx. a year ago i remember seeing these and a "friend" told me they were supposed to be 2mg alprazolam tablets, but i immediately assumed they were 1mg because of the blue coloring. I took one and my assumption seemed to be right. I had a calming sensation and not a somewhat "jacked" itchy feeling like oxycodone or hydrocodone. Personally speaking I think I can pretty well tell a substance from the effects...but placebo is a very strong tool.
Sorry discussion of online pharmacies is not allowed here at pharmer... You came up with the conclusion that it is an opiate but dont know what kind. My suggestion would be to leave another post with description of the color and any other identifying mark that the pill might have and country of origin. Someone might be able to name the pill but it is highly doubtful because i'm sure you know that in order to identify a pill imprints are very important but the great people here at pharmer have had luck in not only identifying foreign pills but also mystery pills.
