I have found a pill , it has a 75 on one side and 5 star symbol on other side , it is tan in color , what is this pill

the pill is round and has 75 on one side and a star shape slashes on other side , its tan or light brown in color

questions
are there score marks on the SAME side as 75 for breaking the pill in half?
could the star marks look sort of like the number 1171 written in an arc around the tablet?
