IM TRYING TO FIND OUT HOW STRONG THIS VICODIN IS COMPARE TO A REGULAR ONE IT SAYS 3/325 AND IS SMALL WHITE WITH PINK SPOTS CAN ANYONE HELP

you're right, commonly manufactured hydrocodone/acetaminophen does not come in combinations with 3mg of hydrocodone. It is usually disbursed with either 5, 7.5, or 10mg of hydrocodone. If what you have actually says 3/325 then it is either made from a compounding agency, or it is not hydrocodone.

Not only have you been given the proper info/feedback thus far, but as a "chronic pain patient" who has been prescribed many, many meds, and delved into reasons, etc. It would seem quite odd for even a compounding pharmacy to produce such a drug (as a 3/325 Vicodin) as it is "usually" due to the larger quantity of the drugs prescription, that leads a Dr. to choose the 325 option (of acetaminophen) as this is the more harmful of the ingredients on ones liver. In other words, even if there ever were a 3/? , you would expect the acetaminophen to be 500...or 650 if there were no specific medical reasons for it not to be. Long story short...I think someone is pulling your chain. Did you get this thru a legit pharmacy based on a real script from a Doc? Or has someone been carving on cinnamon flavored breath mints? Do you have dyslexia or any eye probs? Could it be a 5 and not a 3? This still fails to explain the color? Well, good luck-
From http://www.pharmer.org/imprints/narcotics -scroll down just a bit from the top, and you will see that the lowest vicoden there is, is a 2.5/500 with white and red specks. There are no 3.5/500 vicodens. You will see below what you will see on the web address I provided above:
| Qualitest Pharmaceuticals | V3591 V 3591 | 2.5/500 | White/Red specks | Oblong | Scored |
Hope this helps!

They do have a hydro. 2.5 mg which is or most likely a 3mg. Then come's the 5,7.5,and 10mg.

If the label says 2.5, it can not be a 3. That would violate FDA regulations.
Am I missing something?

It seems to me that you are missing a lot of stuff lately, lol.
they have a new 3mg lortab in swva. so maybe it hasnt came out to where yall are yet. jus so yall didnt think that i was crazy or nothin.. when i get my other script i'll show yall a pic of it.
The FDA would be the one to approve whether or not a drug has "come out yet". And according to the FDA they arent "out yet". I think this has been discused in full, the only way the OP and you, I guess, have them is if they are custom compounded.
Twisted Neon-
Please show us the packaging insert as well, that would be interesting to see.
A compound pharmacy will have a printout of what drug and dosage was compounded- and Solo is correct, this pill is not mass produced.

most small compounders produce capsules and not tablets
I also know of a watson 5/325 hydro/apap pill that was white with i believe technically orange spots however they looked pink when i saw the pill. I find it hard to believe that it is a 3/325 hydro/apap pill.

The 3/325 imprinted on the pill indicates the strength; So, there's 3mg of hydrocodone and 325mg of APAP (acetaminophen); But Im not too sure if Vicodin comes in this stregth; Are you sure it's Vicodin and not another pain killer??
