Hello, I need some help. Someone gave me what appears to be a hydrocodone pill. It's marked Watson 387 on one side and scored on the other. It's oval and measures 15 mm long and 5 mm wide. However, it is slightly off white and has sharp rather than rounded edges. Concerned because it doesn't look like any pictures I can find anywhere online.
Wondering if Watson may have produced a hydrocodone pill similar to the one I have, or if I likely have a counterfeit pill.
Any help would be enormously appreciated.
My concern is that every picture I find online shows the pill as being completely white with rounded edges. My pill differs in the fact that it is slightly off white and has sharp rather than rounded edges. Did the pills you got after your knee replacement surgery look like what I'm describing or like what I've been seeing online? Just seems strange that the pill doesn't match the pictures online exactly. Thanks for your help.
i am pretty sure most of us think these flat watsons are fake..did you order online?

No, didn't order online. Someone gave me a few. However, mine looks like the picture you included. Looks like it's a fake. Thank you so much for your help, I really appreciate it. My gut was telling me it's fake and that Watson is not producing different looking pills.
