I THINK it's Schein 2187/8(?) but half of the imprint has been scratched off, and the "8" I see may be part of 800. Schein may be a spinoff by Watson or some other pharmacy; I'm not sure. Anyone have any ideas? I'd really like to know what medicine this is and what it's used for. THANKS!

Not sure, but....
Is it possible your pill says: SCHEIN 2137/800? If so, then it's 800 mg Ibuprofen.

I believe your pill is ibuprohen, check again and see if the imprint is schein 2137/800, if so it is 800mg ibuprohen
