white pill blank on one side and quartered on the other with Z C 0 2 in each quartered section???

I think it is a muscle relaxer. Maybe generic zanaflex?

It's not a muscle relaxant.

Round white double scored (+) tablet imprinted ZC 02 (one letter/number in each quadrant) is 25 mg promethazine. It's a drug that helps relieve nausea. You can find promethazine consumer info at Drug Digest.
