i got this white pill looks like a vicodin but the imprint is kc m20 can anyone help me with what it is?
small white pill imprint 377
Oblong white tablet imprinted 377 is 50 mg tramadol, an analgesic.
THis is: TRAMADOL HCL 50 mg
is that ultrum?
Yes, tramadol is generic Ultram. Ultram is the innovator's brand name - a German company who licensed it years ago to an American company.
This is a narcotic pain pill.
Unless something has changed recently Tramadol (ultram) is not a narcotic and not a controlled substance. It works like an opiate by blocking opiate receptors in the brain but is in no way a narcotic. Thanks,

THANK YOU PHARMEROZ.. I HAVE SEEN QUITE A FEW REPLIES LATELY THAT IMPLIED ULTRAM(TRAMADOL) AS A NARCOTIC. CONFUSED ME AS I WAS PRETTLY POSSSITIVE IT WAS NOT. LOL.. HAVE A GREAT NIGHT EVERYONE!! MOUSIEREB![]()
ULTRAM(TRAMADOL) May not be listed as a narcotic. But it is definitely addicting.
Zuzu
Pharmeroz is correct, tramadol (Ultram) is not classified as a narcotic. For some reason, people seem to think it is. It works in a similar manner though. And although not a narcotic, it does seem to have the addictive properties of a schedule 4 (C4) or even a schedule 3 (C3) controlled substance. Especially in it's propoxyphene napsylate (Darvocet) compounded form of Ultracet. Ultram should be made controlled substance due to these qualities, as well as carisprodol and ambien.
Oh, and due to it's high rate of siezures as a side effect, should be avoided as a pill for getting high, for those of you that so choose to use it as such.Or just avoided period! It is not a safe med in my opinion.
see your post in the next forum. tramadol is a narcotic. you yourself just mentioned that it was addictive?
"Especially in it's propoxyphene napsylate (Darvocet) compounded form of Ultracet."
Who makes this combination? Never heard of tramadol combined with propoxyphene. Sounds like a very dangerous combination.
Ultracet contains tramadol and acetaminophen only. It does not contain propoxyphene napsylate.
"Especially in it's propoxyphene napsylate (darvocet) compounded form of ultracet.
Ultram id the name brand for Tramadol.
Ultraset is Tramadol with Apap.
Neither of these forms of tramadol contain darvocet. If that was the case then, it would be a controlled substance because darvocet is controlled.
This thread is loaded with bad information. I try to stay out of these discussions, but my question to most of you is "where do you get your information from?" Just read the literature and you'll know whether Ultram and Ultracet (and their generic) are narcotic. "Ultracet in it's propoxyphene form", and regarding scheduled medications, "ambien should be[sic]" Wrong, and is.
After all of this is sorted out, I'm going to to have my prescription of vicodin with oxycontin in it filled.
gtrplayer
i am with you guitarplayer.
just b/c tramadol is not scheduled the same as others does NOT mean that it is not narcotic. people often tend to think that b/c that if the government/state does not say it is bad/addicting then it isnt. this is not at all the case.
i think it is time for me to go and take my vicoxyazepam![]()
