I am having trouble identifying a white round pill with blue flecks imprinted MW 200 with the M slanted and the MW above the 200. The back of the pill is scored + to make four pieces.
I have a piture of the front and back of this pill but I am having trouble adding it to this post.

Since I haven't been able to get an id yet, I started with a simple extract and ran on GC-MS and got caffeine. I am going to try another extract, but any other help on id would be appreciated.
Well caffeine pills do come in 200 mg doses, so it very well could be exactly what the GC/MS says it is. So, we'll keep plugging away.
it's a peptime energy pill. it contains niacin, vitamins b6 and b12, and 200 mg of caffeine. the specks are just something that got on the pill- looks like pen!
methanol extract catches most everything. niacin may give spectral match to nicotininc acid depending on the spectral library. B6 (as pyrodoxine) may possibly be a little sticky on column. The vitamins may not show up with some base extract methods.
Strangerwkandi is correct:

I uploaded an image a few minutes ago. MW 200 is Xtreme Peptime Mini White tablet containing 200 mg caffeine. Mine do not have niacin or any vitamins listed in the ingredients, so maybe mine are a newer formulation?

This is from an earlier pot by the lovely Kirby I hope we find your pill but there is no guarantees
Since I can't find anything with MW or NW or several other variations, I tend to think it's something over the counter - maybe ephedrine and guaifenesin pills sold for asthma. I haven't seen one that's white with red specks, but the pills are usually scored into fourths. And I have seen pictures of white, pale blue and pale pink. Another reason for thinking MW 200 might be an ephedrine/guaifenesin pill is that they come in 200 mg guaifenesin with either 12.5 or 25 mg ephedrine.
I'm sorry that I can't help more. Maybe someone else will be able to identify the pill.
