White round pill with Z C 2 O.

I have a pill with a cross thru it and it has the letters Z C on top and 2 0 on the bottem. What is this?

Round white double scored (+) tablet imprinted ZC 02 (one letter/number in each quadrant) is 25 mg promethazine.  It's a drug that helps relieve nausea.  You can find promethazine consumer info at Drug Digest.
