I have a pill that was brought in by an elderly patient, but I've exhausted all the search engines!  Hopefully someone on the forum knows what this is!  I'm assuming it's a vitamin or OTC cold med, but I have no idea. It is approx 1/4" in diameter.

B or B1 or B7 Imprint

Thanks for the really neat images.Smile The imprint is very different and interesting.

Let's get your other two images in here:

 b7 or b1 or B round white tablet, 3-d effectB7 tablet2: b7 or b1 or B round white tablet, 3-d effect

 b7 or b1 imprint, 3-d effect, round whiteB7 tablet: b7 or b1 imprint, 3-d effect, round white

The first one definitely looks like a different view of your original image. The second image is another pill, right?

I don't know what either tablet is but the <B> one is familiar. Seems like someone once answered that the <B> is aspirin or some other OTC analgesic. If you know what <B> is, please let us know so we can document it. Thanks.Smile

In the meantime we'll keep looking for B1 or B7.

<B> tablet

Someone called me describing the tablet, and I thought they were talking about the <B> tablet.  The person then emailed the first photo to me to identify (the 3-d looking B or B7 imprinted tablet).  I found the <B> tablet on either ident-a-drug or Lexi-Drugs, but I forget which one...if I find it again I'll update the photo.  Thanks for looking!

B or B1 or B7 Imprint

Thanks for the clarification of the <B> tablet. I subscribe to Identadrug, and it's not in the database. So apparently you saw in on Lexi-Drugs or another database.

Re the B, B1 or B7 tablet, I can't find anything yet.

That's a very small pill - 1/4" is between 6 and 7 millimeters. That pill would be approximately the same size as phenylephrine or maybe an antihistamine like loratadine. I doubt if it's a vitamin since most of them are huge.

We'll keep looking.
