I have found some capsules that my son had. They are brown on one side and yellow on the other and have RX655 stamped on both sides. Can anyone identify these for me. Thank you.

yea i found a pill just like that in my brothers room today and i was wondering if anyone new what would happen if it was used improperly i mean hes 12

Hi, I have also found the same pills on my son, they are amoxicillin, but what I want to know if the substance inside the pills is a white powder, please let me know if you can I am really worried. Thank you.

To my knowledge antibiotics
To my knowledge antibiotics cannot be abused in the traditional sense of the word, as in... they will not get you messed up if you take them and dont need them.
However one problem with taking an antibiotic if you dont need it is that you can make your body create a tolerance to it and it wont work as well when you actually need the drug to fight an infection or something.
Just my two cents,

I suppose it would be possible to put something else in an innocent looking antibiotic capsule.

DONT WORRY!!!
| THis is nothing!! i was going threw my brothers room & also found this piil, i then called my mom whoi is a nurse, she called the pharmacy.. its just amoxiciline, for soar throats & that sorte of stuff its nothing bad! |

the pills are for nasal congestion and ear infection i got them 3 days ago for those things.

The're not just for nasal congestion and ear infection, my doc gave them to me for my wisdom tooth because i got it removed, he gave it to me so it wont get infected
