can someone help me with this one i found plz. it says z4074 on the red side and then rx693 on the blueish teal side. dont have any idea what it is or why it would be in my home. probly one of my roomates's pill from awhile ago. she was forgetful.

The blue half is for
The blue half is for clyndamycin 300mg made by ranbaxy and the red half is cephalexin 500mg by Ivax.

i remember clindamyacin and
i remember clindamyacin and keflex when i had a couple of dentist procedures, but dont remember getting one that was half and half. i dont think they make a keflex and clindamyacin capsule together do they?

If they did I highly doubt the two halfs would be made by two different companies. Maybe you put the two together under the influence of the other meds the dentist gave you,lol.

probly, who knows. i do rember messin with 2 diffrent types of pills when i was layin in bed waiting for my swelling to go down. the more i think about it the more i think you are right solo5010. i dont know that it was under the influence but it was probly out of being bored and sore.
that would be kewl though if 2 different medicine makers made meds together like that, u guys would have fun identifing them, huh?
