Hey guys, I know this is a foreign drug, so this might need to be moved, and there may be relatively no help in finding answers.

I acquired 70 "Zolt" brand zolpidem tablets manufactured by Ind. Swift Ltd (which also makes alprazolam and others).

They came in blister backs--which look entirely legitimate, no evidence of tampering etc--with the color being labeled as "titatium dioxide," which is a brownish color. Inside the blister packs they do in fact look brown (as the blister packs themselves are tinted brown.) However, once they are removed from the blister pack they are completely white.

I've only been able to find pictures of Zolt in the blister packs (and they look exactly like the ones I have), but I can't find any pictures of individuals Zolt tablets to confirm whether or not they arebrown or white. I'm especially worried because the the mfg's website ( http://www.indswiftltd.com/pages/neuro-care/tablets.html ) lists them as being a film coated tablet titatium dioxide in color, yet these pills contain no noticeable film covering and are indeed entirely white.

Does anyone have any experience with these? Did I get ripped off, or is this what they're supposed to look? I took 4 of them roughly 40 minutes and--NOTHING. 40mg of ambien should be enough to have be unable to talk let alone type. Thanks!

I have never heard of tit dio

I have never heard of tit dio being called a color. Tit dio is a chalky white powder. Tit dio is used in a lot of cosmetics. Tit dio is white. Htmom

Hm...thanks for the reply!

Hm...thanks for the reply! Well whatever color they are, or supposed to be, they did absolutely nothing. I took 4 of them which should have been enough to immobolize me let alone not let me be able to type all that last night. If absolutely anything at all, they made me feel a little calm, but double-vision, no "glowly" feeling generally assoc. with ambien. NADA.

Zolt Brands

Zolt is the one and only brand that has always done me rightSmile. Have never had a problem with their medications. The Coloring Titanium Oxide is simply white. Whenever I get them, I take a single dose and time the time until onset of medication. Usually in the case of Zolpidem areund 20 - 30 mins. I tried to order from a different manufacturer ONE time and got fake white pills. I believe they were based in florida.

Just my 2 cents

Ambien

It should be no surprise that a “medicine” like Ambien should turn out to be dangerous. Granted, there are drug side effects for every medication – technically, there are side effects of taking a placebo. Except that's called the placebo effect, aka Subject Expectancy. A sleep aid that causes people to not go to sleep, plus dangerous side effects like narcolepsy and/or sleep walking…bad news. Doctors often recommend getting more exercise, and trying herbal remedies – a glass of good red wine has always helped me.

zolt is it ambien?

ZOLT ZOLPLIDEM
Hi,
Does anyone else here know if "Zolt Zolplidem" is a resonably safe generic form of Ambien. I have been suffering from terrible insomnia lately and after suffering yet another sleepless night i purchased some ambien for a high price believng it would be ok  and a further gurantee of its quality.
Well typically i was sent these Zolt Zoplidem made by Swift India. They seem ok and do have a similar effect to the non generic Ambien i was recently prescripesd by my doctor.
But the fact they have no markings on the pills makes me a little weary.
Any replies or advice would be much appreciated.
Thanks

zolt zolplidem

It's the equivalent of ambien. Please try and not stay on it too long. Exercise and thinking reasonably often help with long term issues.
