Oval "V" 5312 blue oval

My grandfather is taking this (appearance: Oval "V" 5312 blue oval) but has no prescription I can find.  I;ve tried contacting his doctors(s).  Does anybody recognize what it is or what he is taking this for; he cannot remember/say.
