black capsule what is it?

I found this on ground near my home.

a shinny black capsule with no labels on it, I broke it open to see the contents.

it is white and textured like wet sugar. I have a good idea who might of had this.

should I be worried? I looked online for pills that look like this, and they all seem to be

caffiene pills. but this has no labeling at all. almost looks like hand packed? black pill what is itblack pill what is it

Sounds like a caffeine pill,

Sounds like a caffeine pill, but its funny, i saw your post and went to my brothers house where he was taking some lifting supplements and there was a BLACK capsule exactly that size, that capsule was a Testosterone supplement. otherwise i have no clue, probably an ultra generic over the counter medicine since no markings.

Dont mistake my opinions for medical advice
