do you think that it is possible that the pill could be from canada or are you certain that this is a u.s. product?

The pill could be from anywhere. If I had to guess I would say its either from the US or from India (which would be my 1st choice).

i could be way off here but
i could be way off here but this is my opinion.
based off of the location that you think that it came from (india), based off of the shape of the drug (diamond), and based of the imprint and the likely mg amount (100mg), i think that you may have stumble onto one of female viagra pills.
i know this doesnt look exactly the same but i will keep looking to see what i can find.
if you use google images to search for female viagra you will find many similiar images. there are tons of these bogus, rouge internet pharmacies that are selling these ridiculous junk pills.
of course, you may have something totally different, this is only a guess.
