Ok. As I understand it the pain from the Discogram isn't supposed to exceed 3 days. It is day 3 and I am still in a lot of pain. Any doctors on here tell me WTH is up.

Call your Doctor

If it is still causing you pain, you need to contact your physician. It is likely the disc they stimulated was indeed the one that is your pain "generator" and is likely to be the root of your pain. They need to know this is still causing you pain and to what level the pain is.  The standard they gave you is likely to be a general accepted length of time for recovery, if the area they stimulated is the underlying cause of your pain then surgery may be indicated. They should be controlling your pain with medication, and if that is not cutting the pain, ask if you can go to the office and or the ER for something to relieve the pain.  From the limited information you have given it sounds as though they found the sensitive disc via the pressurization of the troubled area.

dear corrective mind

i have been diagnose with the same problem of disentagrative disk desease and artheritis of my back, knees, hands and my feet as they sweel up and hurts like hell and the pain shoots up to my legs right into my back and from what i can tell you it does'nt get any better.i have been taking oxycontin now for about 2 to 3 years and i started on the low scale of mg and i am now on 2, 80's per day and some days are worst than some and let me tell you that on my worst days 2 80's don't even work for me.if you take any more than required then afterwards your regurlar dose do not seem like it's working,so it is very important to stay on track and if you can or need too it is best to take it easy and relax or lie down while your pain is worst.for the surgery ,i was sent to a siminar to learn more about it and if you can believe me they even suggested NOT to get operated for the back.they said that most of the people that did have the surgery were fine for a year or two and then the pain came back and some cases it was worst than before the surgery.now,it is trully up to you what you would like to do but i strongly suggest that you learn and look up every thing on whatever you are going with.surgery or whatever kind of pills he (doctor)may prescribe ,ask him all the details and what to expect.i was pretty naive then as i did'nt ask any question on the medication he was putting me on and he surelly did'nt devolge any information, booklet,or whatever problems i was going to face on what the pills were all about before i started them.maybe at the time if i would of had a computer i could of looked up all the info i would of need too, and made a better choice.it's not that i was not able to look up some info on it at the time,it's my mistake also of not asking enough questions to my doc and his mistake of not telling me what he was putting me on,especially narcotics that i did not even know they were at the time.so today i am gratefull for having a computer and utilise it as much as i can to find out whatever the case may be and this site that we can use to help ourself and do the best we can to help others when it is asked for.so with all this i hope it helps you in whatever the case may be.take care & GOD SPEED.
