little white pill. blank on one side. WEST-WARD 472 on the other. what is it?

Couldn't exactly put my finger on it, but West-Ward pharmecuticals only makes so many different drugs. It appears to be Prednisone, not sure what mg though, as I couldnt find that exact inscription ( I found West-Ward 473, 475, and 477.... not anything with 472) Sorry but I figured I'd give you some direction. Here, check it out for yourself:
