stop sign pill

My best friend found a stop sign shaped pill in a cig box in his sons room. He said its blueish green color. His son told us it was a morphine oxy mix. My buddy just wants to know what kind of pill it is and what his son could be using it for. Any help would be great. He is worried about what his son is getting in too.

Opana (oxymorphone) comes in

Opana (oxymorphone) comes in blueish green stop sign shaped pills. It isn't a mix of oxy and morphine it is its own chemical oxymorphone. It is one of the strongest narcotic pain killers out there.
