Little round blue pill, no markings...help?

I came across a bunch of kinda tiny round blue pills.  As far as I can see, there are no markings, except on a couple, I can see a barely visible imprint of what looks like a pentagon?  Some of them have no markings at all.  Any help would be appreciated!
