ID needed white L374

Thanks in advance for any help. It is a white oblong pill with no score with L374 imprinted on one side. My friend said it is supposed to be a store brand caffeine pill but it looks bigger than any caffeine pill I ever seen so any help would be appreciated as my friend is eating 6-8 of these things per day thinking they are caffeine but I really dont think it is.

L 374 is acetaminophen 250 mg, aspirin 250 mg and caffeine 65 mg - generic Excedrin Migraine.

Thanks a lot Kirby. I knew they were bigger than no doz or its generics. Knowing it has apap and aspirin makes sense for its size. Thanks again
