Found large white oval pill with imprint 521 or it may be S21. Please help!

If anyone can identify this pill it would be greatly appreciated. I believe it is an ibuprofen 800. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Couldn't find a 521, but S21 is 500mg Penicillin, an antibiotic.
