Pills foluind on floor of my room

I found several pills on the floor of my room ( I live in a retirement hostel)

They are oblong, white and have CF on one side of split line and SH on other  ie: CF|SH.

Anyone have any idea what these are?

If you see typos on your screen then it is a malfunction of your monitor!!!!

Thanks for telling us you are in Australia.

So far I can't find anything. It's difficult to find foreign meds. Our databases usually only cover the big brand names, and we realize there are many companies producing generic drugs all over the world.

It's certainly easier if we have a company logo or initials on the pill - such as Alphapharm's symbol. But nothing is impossible. We'll continue looking and someone sometime might see your post and know exactly what it is.
