Endo 633

Endo 633 is 800 mg cimetidine, a drug that treats heartburn and GERD.

According to one reference, this imprint was discontinued three years ago.

Most likely to be Tagamet/Cimetadine 800mg.  Used to prevent indigestion and heartburn.
