they are both hydrocodone/tylenol norco makes 5/325 7.5/325 and 10/325. Lortab makes 2.5/500 5/500 7.5/500 and 10/500. technically if u are comparing the same mg of hydrocodone then the one with more tylenol should work better but there is a daily limit on tylenol intake so they make formulations that have less so u can take more per day or for people who the tylenol upsets their stomach so it is easier on them.
