What are the ingriedients in Tylenol 3? In what are the dosage? Im taking a tablet codeine 30mg/aspirin 50 mg for my migraine at the moment. Is tylenol 3 the same and are there other tablet with the same mix? im travelling a lot, so I cant always refill my prescription in my home country Sweden so it would be great if someone can help me.

Tylenol with Codeine

Hi r,

Tylenol #3 and generics in the United States contain 30 mg codeine and 300 mg acetaminophen (paracetamol). Not sure about Sweden - equivalent codeine or dihydrocodeine products probably contain differing amounts of paracetamol.

And, in the US, the equivalent product to Tylenol #3 containing aspirin instead of paracetamol would be 30 mg codeine and 325 mg aspirin.

tylenol 3 is

325 mgs acetaminophen/ 25mgs codeine/ and thers a bit of caffeine in there too.   im 99.99 % sure thats what it is.

had some at one point. didnt do anything for my wisdom tooth at the time hah
