round, bluish-green pill, no marking on back but has straight, not curved s on front

Ok, I really need help in identifying this pill...i've looked all through the images on this site and cannot find a match to my "mystery pill"  It is a small, round, blueish-green pill, with a strange letter s on the front (kinda looks like a backwards z instead of a usual curved s) I've included a picture...this is the best close up i could get.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you in advance.

Can't tell too well from yur pic, but I would guess an illicit tablet such as MDMA also; IMO

Russian pain med?

Thanks for your replies.  New info:  My fiance just informed me that the pill found looks similar to a pill that a russian foreign exchance student had given him for back pain.  Not ecstasy, even though I considered that as well, considering where it was found.  Anyone with any info still greatly appreciated.
