upper-lower back PAINJust a year and a half ago i totaled my motorcycle. I was traveling a 50-55mph when i came around a turn and hit some leaves and grass that were mowed into the road. The extent of my injuries were a seperated shoulder badly bruised hip, and i also cut nerves in my hip. All of my injuries were caused by blunt force trauma, i didnt hit the ground and slide i stuck like a yard dart. Now i constantly have back pain, some days it not too bad but annoying other days i wanna just scream. I have went to my doctor. About this at least 3 times. Every time i go he gives me a sheet with all these home remedies on it and says take aleve. Aleve is a great med, but this doesnt touch it ever. Ive tried the special insoles he told me to get and everthing, nothing he tells me works. I dont know what else to do. I think because im younger he doesnt want to prescibe me anything, but i am 24. When my pain gets bad i have to seek for help illegaly. when i do this i go broke and put myself in situations that could potentially turn bad. I have at one point been addicted to hydros, but im past that now and wont let somthing that terrible back into my life. i consider myself to be a responsible person, what should i do to get some relief.? You need a Pain Management Center
Are you seeing a regular General Practioner? If so you will get no where! Most GP's I've dealt with will not do Pain Management. They won't tell you that either for some reason. Gather up all of your records and go to a PM Specialist. That's all you can do. Other than mess around and get arrested. I went back and read all of your other post's. How did you get Suboxone? You may be able to get help from wherever you got it. I don't know where you live but if you are from a small town you may need to go into a larger area and seek help. For instance I live about thirty miles from Houston. If I go there I can help a lot easier than I can in Baytown or Highlands.
Lets just say not a doctor.
Lets just say not a doctor. I had a problem and didnt want to go to a doctor and screw myself in the long run, if i ever had a horrible wreck or injury that would have me imobalized. I dont want on record that i had a problem. Its not one now nor will it ever be again. Thank you for your help. Tried helping myself but that just created more problem. thanks again |
