Am I reading rightly? People actually still USE things like 'fluid ounces' with their unfathomable conversions? What's more, they are use in an industry where I thought EVERYTHING was done in ordinary metric measures from Milligrammes up to Kilogrammes and everything, both solid and fluid in between?

I would have thought it would be impossible for the two to co-exist. People naturally think in metres and Kilos and grammes and Millilitres, and these ancient measures I thought had not seen the light of day for some 40-odd years at least!

Well at least one thing is cleared up for me. HYCODAN is a liquid and it is NOT pure hydrocodone like DICODID tablets, my source for which let me down last month, leaving me now without a source of hydrocodone at all.  As I have said before, it appears that ALL hydrocodone is for some weird reason adulterated with some kind of non-narcotic agent like an NSAID (normally Ibuprofen) but usually paracetamol, of which 325mg appears to be the least amount available in a tablet. This of course means that a relatively normal dosage of 40mg hydrocodone is tainted with a very dangerous drug, 1300mg of it per dose. Meaning that 3 doses per day would probably cause some kind of liver damage especially if taken daily. Paracetamol can be accumulative and causes more deaths than any other drug I know of except perhaps alcohol and tobacco. Even if a whole lot of these deaths are 'accidental' in that they were 'cries for help', usually from 12-16 year old schoolgirls. YET THEY STILL ALLOW THEM TO BE OPENLY SOLD ON SUPERMARKET SHELVES WITH LITTLE WARNING ABOUT THE FACTS! Something dreadfully wrong there, don't you think?
