Purchasing Oxycodone in CanadaHi everyone, I am new to this forum. I suffer from lower back pain, and have had both knees replaced. I take (2) 40 mg tablets per day. I sometimes require a little more to get me through the day. Does anyone know where I could purchase more online? This is truly a wonderful site. Thank you for keeping this service.....Very informative. ( categories: Discussion of Prescription and OTC Meds )
It is illegal to purchase
It is illegal to purchase oxycontin online without a prescription so no one is going to tell you where to order it from. If you need a higher dose tell your doctor that you have built up a tolerance to the dose you are on and chances are he will bump you up to the 60mg. It is normal to build up a tolerance so your doctor should be understanding. You could also ask for a breakthrough med and say that there are times throughout the day that the 40mg isnt cutting it and he could give you a small amount of immediate release med for the spikes in pain. To be honest I find it real hard to believe you actually have a valid script for 40mg oxycontin if you are asking where to order more online when it is something you should be talking to your doctor about. If a doctor was prescribing it in the first place he would know about natural tolerance build up and breakthrough meds. That is what is wonderful about this forum
I am very new to this forum, and I do appreciate your comments. I am neverous to talk to my doctor about anything. This forum is anymous and that is why I have abit more confidence to say things. Please understand, I don't like to talk about pain. Thank you for telling me what to talk about to my doctor. I do appreciate it. I don't want to increase from 40 to 60. I would rather speak to him about "breakthrough" pain. Could someone elaborate on that? This sounds like what I am looking for. Any help would greatly be appreciated. Many thx. Breakthrough pain can be
Breakthrough pain can be treated with fast acting pain meds such as oxy IR percocet, lortab, vicodin, norco, dilaudid. These are just a few that take under 30 min to get relief. If you start hurting while on oxycontin you cant just take another one, it takes to long to kick in hence "extended release". Ask your doctor about a breakthrough med to take when the oxycontin isnt covering all the pain. |
