White tablet: DAN on one side / 5658 on other. This was prescribed to me as Lorazepam, but I don't think it is. Anyone know?
Thanks. ( categories: Pill Identification )
Dan 5658
It's not lorazepam. Dan 5658 is 10 mg cyclobenzaprine (generic Flexeril).
It's a muscle relaxant used for short-term treatment of muscle spasms and other painful muscle injuries.

April, you are correct that Dan 5658 is a muscle relaxer. But it's generic Flexeril, not generic Soma. Watson's generic Soma (carisoprodol) is imprinted Dan 5513. Carisoprodol dosage instructions from rxlist.com: The usual adult dosage of carisoprodol is one 350 mg tablet, three times daily and at bedtime. Usage in patients under age 12 is not recommended. Quote: M367 IT IS A GENERIC
Quote: M367 IT IS A GENERIC NORCO(LORTAB)10 MG M367 is generic hydrocodone, 10mg with 325 of acetaminophen. 10 milligram Lortab generics contain 10mg of hydrocodone and 500mg of Acetaminophen. Another technicality, as the only difference is the amount of acetaminophen. But to call a 10/325 preparation of hydro/apap Lortab is incorrect nonetheless.
I couldn't quickly find Kirby's pictures, so I used my lower quality version. I'll change them in a minute.
