Hey. I have a dark red pill, looks somewhat like a capsule, oval shaped, that has a P inside a triangle and "30" printed on it. Anyone recognize this? i would post an image but my digital camera is on the fritz.

P30

According to one database, dark red oval gel tab imprinted P (inside a triangle) 30 is docusate sodium 100 mg and casanthranol 31.5 mg, a laxative.  Another database says the same thing but quantifies the casanthranol at 30 mg instead of 31.5 mg.

This is not your pill, but the P logo should look the same:
