Hydrocodone Tablets
Good question. Sometimes a brand product contains something
different from other meds. Like Zydone - Zydone combines
different amounts of hydrocodone with 400 mg acetaminophen. Zydone combos are the only hydrocodone tablets available with
400 mg APAP, and I don't think there are any generics. Then there are Vicodin, Lortab 5 and Anexsia. I guess it's to differentiate the product in the consumer's mind even though there is no
difference?! And, of course, if it's a brand name the company can
charge more for the pill. And I answered your other post about Norco and Lortab. Of course, we can't forget Lorcet - hydrocodone combined with a whooping 650 mg APAP. It's got to be a horse pill. I'm not a pharmacist or a medical
doctor. This message is not medical advice nor is it an offer to

a licensed MD or pharmacist. May 10, 2006 - 6:15pm
