Pharmacutical Abuse

Hello everyone.

I am a student in a medical terminology class and I have to do a report on a topic of choice. I decided to do mine on pharmicutical abuse.I was wondering if anyone knows of any sites that might have something to do with this topic? Thanks in advance for your help and imput.

Pharmaceutical abuse...

I can give you loads of first jand info. I am a student as well who happens to suffer from chronic pain due to a back injury and you have know idea the street value and abuse that the meds I am prescribed have. I have been assaulted and robbed for a Rx of Demerol before. Just outside the pharmacy. I also know several friends who have/do abuse oxycontin and dilaudid as well as combo analgesics (percocet, lortab, darvocet, vicodin, etc.), and know a few who have landed themselves in methadone clincs.  I mysef am not abusing, but using for legitimae purposes. Consequentially I am also getting a pharmacy degree
