AHC and OC II
Nice clear image. Can't find anything in the databases so the pills are probably foreign. What country? Thanks. I'm not a pharmacist or a medical doctor. Okay, if the pills are from the US they are probably something sold over the counter like a vitamin or supplement. The OC II is definitely not OxyContin. And surely not a generic - I'm sure Purdue would slap a fast lawsuit against any company using a similar imprint. And the AHC imprint brings up nothing in any database - subscription or free. Sorry but I don't have any ideas what either pill could be. I'm not a pharmacist or a medical doctor. This message is not medical advice nor is it an offer to provide medical advice. The "OC II" imprint is from Otis-Clapp. There are two of them with this imprint, one is a pink oval tablet and one is a white oval tablet. From the image it appears this is the white oval tablet: Aspirin 360mg, Caffeine 75mg, Magnesium carbonate 100mg, Magnesium salicylate 60mg. It's called "Back-quell" an analgesic. The "AHC" comes back as a "comtrex" or equiv from Bristol-Myers Squibb: APAP 500mg, Bromopheniramine Maleate 2mg, Pseudoephedrine HCl 30mg 4andsic Thank You, 4andsic!!
Thank you, 4andsic! All I can say is thank you very much, and great work identifying these two tablets. Both have been mysteries for months - until now. Thanks again.
