I found this in my daughter's room today.  Can anyone identify it?

 

Yellow oval tablet.

 3/4 inches wide by 5/8 inches tall.

 marked with "44-503"

Yellow oblong tablet imprinted 44 503 is an over-the-counter med that treats the symptoms of cough, cold and flu. The tablet contains:

  • Acetaminophen 325 mg - pain reliever/fever reducer
  • Dextromethorphan 10 mg - cough suppressant
  • Guaifenesin 200 mg - expectorant
  • Phenylephrine 5 mg - nasal decongestant

Hello Diana,

Dextromethorphan is a commonly abusable drug and is used mainly by teenagers to achieve a dissociated state. It's predominant usage in cough suppression makes it a must for cough medication, but it's abusable properties are making officials skeptical.

 

Just thought I'd let you know that.
