What are the options on-line if you are a responsible person, but don't need, or want, to pay a physician to prescribe you pain relievers? I'm tired of doctors charging me for Nothing but a prescription. I have occaisional back pain and a very physical job--I take half a vicodin and I'm ok for the day. This is intermittent. And that's all for qualification. thanks

there really isnt a whole

there really isnt a whole lot one can do in this situation.

you can try physical therapy, acupuncture, chiropractor, ect ect ect (not on-line) but in person.

i really don't understand the question. not that we discuss on-line medications purchases on the site but even if we did they still do basically the same thing as a regular doctor, except maybe a bit more "liberal" w/ the rx pad.

any way you look at it, there is nothing "on-line" that will make your back feel better that i can think of. you might be able to find some on-line physical therapy that could help.

is this even begining to answer you questions?

RESPONSIBLE???

Good Evening to all.I honestly feel if you need to go on line to get Vicodin, that is NOT responsible. Responsibility is when a person goes to a legit Dr.& have your back checked out professionally. I know of a woman who's life is taken over by a drug she gets on line. She is playing Russian Roulette with a loaded gun.Trust me, 1-2x's a week she get's her drugs. They don't care-these on line lousers-they are after quotas & $$$$$.Please do your self a huge favor and go see a qualified DOCTOR for help. The woman I know has gotten pills with no id markings, God only knows what she is taking!-it is really scary.Your back & spine are nothing to take for granted, I know dr's cost money-Your well being is worth it!!!Wink

Ok your allergic to

Ok your allergic to naproxen and Ibuprofen, that still leaves you with Bayer Extra Strength (ASA) and Tylenol Arthritis Formula(APAP) or equivalents.

THese also work well for pain and don't have the side effects, higher cost, don't require a prescription, don't need to see a doctor to obtain, and don't have the problems associated with prescription pain pills or muscle relaxers. I don't recall anyone getting mugged for their OTC meds.

ALso, a back brace has worked for me when I have lower back pain or needed the extra support when working.  I also used a heating pad to help relax the muscles.

No, I'm not a physician and this is not medical advice and is only my personal opinion and should be regarded as such.

How about a tens unit?

I know the real ones through RS medical can be expensive, but there was a guy who was selling them via infomercial that are just as good, just not as high a frequency.  I have a normal tens unit, and I use it quite frequently, especially when first waking up.  Just a thought, you might try to find one of these online, just be careful of the wording when you type it into a search engine.
