Come on people, there are always a bunch of people who are not registered on the page, probably searching for a pill id that we'd be more than happy to help you with.  This site is free and non-invasive, just register and post.

I Need Help

Okay, gtrplayer, since no one else is posting in this thread I will.  Especially since we can't get a new poll to work.  And I believe this question is important.

I can't figure out what the logo is on this pill:

  N/A

Click on the thumbnail image for a larger view.

My poll (that didn't work) gave these choices for logo:

Stylized D

Fat Stylized A

Stylized Half Moon

Arc with Line under it

Rising or Setting Sun

Since I'm not creative, I'm sure others will have better ideas.

I need your help.  This tablet is 25 mg diphenhydramine (generic Benadryl) purchased at some dollar store.

I have no idea what the logo is and would appreciate your comments.  Please tell us what you think the logo is.  And if you see something different than the listed choices, please comment and tell us what you think the logo looks like.

It's important because there is an RX tablet with the same shape and in the same color family.  According to one published image, the RX pill is a pinkish red.  It's called Multiret Folic 500 and is a prescription vitamin.

The diphenhydramine tablet needs a good logo description along with the '048' imprint.

This is everything I know about the tablet:

Brand - HealthA2Z
Trade Name - Allergy Relief
Ingredient - 25 mg diphenhydramine
Manufactured by A&Z Pharmaceutical, Inc., Hauppauge, NY
Lot Code - 5M04834
Size in millimeters - 10 X 5 X 3 (small tablet)

Thanks for your help.Smile

Here are my thoughts,

I would go with 'Fat Stylized A'

since the mfg is name A&Z pharm. I think it seems fitting that their logo be the first letter of their company name.

I think I would go with the Fat Stylized A for the same reasons Incognito mentioned.  It almost looks like a sideways D, also.

I'm going to go with the stylized D. Why?  Because the pill is  the same shape, color, and style as a Benadryl (hmmm wonder why :) ) and since the Benadryl for B is imprinted long ways , they did the same thing for the D (for Diphenhydramine).  Clear as mud yet, do I need to stir it up some more?  LOL

White pills in my daughter's room

I have just found some oval white pills (not scored) with the number 451 on one side, and MYLAN on the other.  They are about 1/2 inch long.  Another larger white pill was with them.  It is not scored, and has the number 5113 with a symbol like a square root symbol under the number.  The other side is blank.  Thanks for any help.

your reply

Thanks for the insight.  My daughter is abusing Rx and other drugs as well.  We cannot get help for her because she refuses to accept that she needs help.  I am lost as to what I can do.  She is a senior in high school, but turned 18 in Sept.  If we remove her from the house, I know she will not graduate.  It's a real dilemma.

Here's a question... can someone really get addicted to Darvocet or Aleve?

I hear that people are lined

I hear that people are lined up around the corner for aleve.  I've never seen the drug as addictive.

Darvocet on the other hand is similiar to methadone in its action and is addictive if takin for a long periond of time.

Hi TAMU1982,Welcome to

Hi TAMU1982,

Welcome to Pharmer.org

I'm so sorry for the problems you are having. Possibly one of our regular posters will have some experience and insight with a similar problem and can direct you to other resources.

In the meantime you might find some help at the Purdue Pharma website written for teenagers. It's very good and explains about pain medicine, abuse, addiction etc. in language kids can understand.

There is one section that links to many resources for children to get help if they don't want to talk with their parents:

Painfully Obvious

And our Health, Drug Topics and More - Especially for Teens

lists three other resources geared to teenagers.
