HMMM

 Wow I think this is the very 1st time I have heard of a pill from Africa as whole... Is there maybe a more specific country within Africa so that we can narrow it down. I do know that because of it being a foreign pill it will be harder if not impossible to identify since they have different laws and standards then we do here in the USA. Hopefully one of our more experienced posters can help out with this one.
