L690 Oblong..what is it?has on front L690 and is oblong, nothing on the back...what is it ( categories: Pill Identification )
I can't find that
I can't find that particular imprint at the moment, but I can tell you the mfg, Perrigo. The contract mfg many over the counter 'store brand' meds. They have recently started making a limited line of Rx products, mostly creams and oitments. However I don't believe this imprint is an Rx, as most of the Rx products are well documented.
Call Perrigo tomorrow at (800) 719-9260 and they can ID it for you. If you call, please post the findings for future reference. i am sorry but your friend
i am sorry but your friend lied. it is most definitely not generic vicodin. all thoughts and opinions expressed are those of my own and should not be mistaken for medical advice. i am not a doctor nor a pharmacist. all medical questions should be answered by a licensed pharmacist, doctor, or primary care manager. L 690
I think the poster who said "it is some kind of sinus PE Tablet" is probably right. And the other posters who said it's OTC are right. jwbnow2, instead of searching all night call Perrigo in the morning as Incognito suggested. Incognito even made it easy for you and posted the telephone number.
Phone number to call and ask about L 690
Not VIc!
Heres a list. Its definately NOT hydro, (vicodin). Your friend lies. Pharmer- delete if I have stepped out of bounds!

KPI4
I'm not sure anyone asked about the KPI 4 imprint. But JNTK is correct and it's in the November 2006 post: Quote: KPI 4 = Hydrocodone 7.5/650
Maybe you can enlighten us about the age of the KPI imprints. I think the imprints were discontinued years ago. Can you shed some light on whether these imprints are active or discontinued? Thanks. I'm not a pharmacist or a medical doctor. This message is not medical advice nor is it an offer to provide medical advice. All drug identifications should be validated by a licensed MD or pharmacist. imprints
I'm not a pharmacist ,or a medical doctor, but i had this Prescription years back, so it very well ,may be changed to a different kind of imprints! but i would not think,it was discontinued ! of being made! but years back, it was given to me by a Doctor, and it was a Lorcet 7.5 /650 any way. i just wanted to share what it was at that time. i hope this was some help, to who may have it ,and don't know what it is !!! any how ,i know it was an old post. i'm new on here! where any one ask ,or not. i just thought it may be a help to any one who may still want to know the real facts of what it is! because all the old post. i seen on here was not correct at all. first of all, it is Hydrocodone Lorcet ,has it the same as a lortab!!! as i said. i know what it is because it was prescribed to me. ! any way. i hope this was some help,to all who may still want to know what it is Thank you Kirby That's probably it
I just found one of these in my pocket and ran accross this page while googling it to try to find out what it was. The picture you show is the pill I found, but, like the original poster describes it, it definitely looks more like a light blue than light green to me in my hand, but I am confident you have identified the pill correctly, so this is probably what they had as well. Perhaps lighting, age of the pill (and the fact that the pill in the pic is on a dark blue background) affects the apparent color. I'm glad you posted that pic, because I was having a bit of an allergy attack and was hoping that's what it was, but was waiting to make sure, of course, and wasn't having a lot of success (not even on drugs.com). |
