Unsure of what this pill is marked M2A3 57344

I just found this pill lying on my desk and was hoping someone could help me identify it. I belive it's tylenol, but I can't be sure. It's a white, round tablet and there is an imprint that says "M2A3" with a score underneath it and then "57344." Any info would be much appreciated.
