THe foil says what it is:

THe foil says what it is: Tenuate Retard with the registered name symbol (small capitol R in a circle) made by Artegodan, a German pharmaceutical

THis an extended release version of Tenuate, called Tenuate Slow.

Here's info (in German) on it:

Net Doctor, Germany - Tenuate Retard

and a rough translation of it - from Google.

Tenuate

Yes, gtrplayer, the med is the same as Tenuate Dospan Extended Release (diethylpropion), an appetite suppressant.

The word retard in some languages means extended release, controlled release or delayed release. I think I've also seen the word depot which means the same thing.
