Pill has an M with a box around it on one side and other side is 57/71
Any idea? I think its a painkiller...asked for tylenol from friend handed me this...glad i looked at it...

M 5771 is 10mg methadone.a
M 5771 is 10mg methadone.
a very strong opioid painkiller. far different from tylenol.
