Small white pill with 3 diamonds...

scored in half on the back. 

The diamonds are joined together in the middle of the pill,.  There are no other markings. 

I found this in my room mates's pocket while doing some laundry  and I'm not at all sure what this is.  

Any help would be appreciated.

The only "diamond" medicine

The only "diamond" medicine that I know if is Bextra, but it was discontinued, and would have also had a 10 or a 20 on it.  I hate to jump the gun, but do the diamonds look like a Mitsubishi logo?

As a side note, MDMA tablets are not usually scored on the reverse...that would be an interesting addition.
