Can you identify either of these?I already posted but am not sure I did it right. (Still a little computer illiterate.) I have 2 pills that I found but help on either would be appriciated. One is round, small, and pink in color. I think I was wrong when I first described it and had it upside down. I think it is an S or a 5 above the numbers 820 with nothing on the back. The other pill is round and yellowish and has a triangle shape that appears to be a company logo and under it has the numbers 753. On the back it is scored, more deeply than some pills. Thanks for any help you can give. ( categories: Pill Identification )
Thank you KIRBY
The closest thing i could come up with was a very common Diabetic drug as stated below from a previous post; that is of course if the triangle could have been made from a R? If it is: then the following applies! but R 753 is: Glyburide and Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets 5mg/500mg It's made by Purepac Pharmaceuticals. The R should look like this I didn't see what your R
I didn't see what your R looked like but the pill definitely isn't blue or capsule shaped. Thank you for your help. I hurt my back and a coworker told me it was a painkiller but she isn't known for being the smartest or most honest person so I thought I would check on it myself. I appriciate the time though
Purepac's logo
Ok, I think I got it now, here is one way to see it right here in Pharmers galleries, http://www.pharmer.org/node/700 Logo - Actavis US (Purepac) There seems to be some
There seems to be some confusion in this post, hopefully this will sort it out. Neither of your pills are pain meds of any sort. One is a diuretic and the other is an antidepressant.
1) Hydrochlorothiazide 25mg (HydroDIURIL®) A diuretic- increases the amount of urine passed. It is also used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). Sorry I couldn't find an image of this one at the moment. Is there anyway you could take a photo of it for us? (we can add it to our image section and help future posters)
2) The triangle logo belongs to Andrx Pharmaceuticals. Mirtazapine 15mg (Remeron) antidepressant
Image from Watson Since the Andrx logo (triangle) might be hard to make out, here is a clearer image of it:
