Very small oval white pill with E 218

a weird looking E over the #'s 281. I tried to take a picture of it but it's so small and my camera won't focus on it at all. It's driving me crazy because I have no idea what it is and I have exhausted all search engines trying to find it.

Can anyone help with this one?
